Your First Session
Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a medical history form.
Full payment is due when services are rendered. Cash, checks, credit cards or Gift Certificates are accepted.
Gratuities are not included in the price of a treatment and are gratefully received to acknowledge good service. The the best way to ‘tip’ me is to refer new clients for treatments!
Some insurance companies provide coverage for massage therapy. Please contact your carrier about your coverage. If requested, I can supply you with a receipt of payment for you to submit to your insurance or flexible spending account.
If you are going to be late for your appointment, please call to let me or the front desk know. Depending on how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Your session may need to be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. The full service fee will be charged.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Your appointment time has been reserved just for you. Time is valuable with respect to a massage therapy practice. Please understand that last minute cancellations and missed appointments are equivalent to a loss of income for the therapist and someone else may have been denied the opportunity to schedule a treatment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
“No Shows”– If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without cancelling, the full fee will be charged.
When using a Gift Certificate – If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, the gift certificate will be considered payment for the missed treatment and will be voided.
